Eric, neat covers and story. I always stopped in the Silver Dollar when I was in town. I was always
fascinated by the trough along the bar and wondered if it was used for a urinal. The Star hotel
down the street has the same thing. I was told the building was a single story when it was built.
One time I got the bartender to look thru the drawers in the back bar and he came up with a chip
marked CM. He said it was used there when there were live games and stood for Celia Magdeleoria.
I guess it's still closed.
