I don't think warp speed is actually a failure. They did get the vaccine to "market" in under a year. That alone is great. Yes they are having massive problems getting it into people. Two million so far instead of the 20 million they said would get it by years end. But at least it is started.
Where I think the biggest benefit will come is they hopefully will learn where the failures have occurred and will be prepared for the NEXT pandemic. I have been saying all along that this horrible pandemic is nothing compared to what it could be. So far 4% of the population has gotten it and only 2% of those have died. Just imagine what this country's hospitals would be like if 40% of the population had it. Or if it had a fatality rate like Ebola (90% dead). With all of the crazies out there and the countries supporting Biological warfare programs we need to learn how to handle this ASAP.
