I think these guys deserve the highest honor there is for what they did in evacuating those buildings in the short period they did after first responding to calls of gunshots being heard... Yes, there was a lot of teamwork (partnering) involved, but I'm referring to the initial call/deployment and the quick decisions that had to be made in the short period of time they had once realizing there was going to be an explosion.
