Penninsula Pacific is interested in moving its closed Diamond Jacks Casino & Hotel from Bossier City to a location along the Tangipahoa River just a few miles west of St. Tammany Parish. The company said the proposed site would allow them to open in an "under served area" and perhaps catch gamblers who currently spend their money in Mississippi casinos. Not sure how they can move the Hotel
