Eric you are in no position to make conditions for your apology. Your comments in the past on a lot of subjects reflects on you and how you behave. I doubt you even know what the full story Belinda was posting about and even if you do you can disagree with it without showing your lack of manners. No one with any decency would ever call any woman what you did. As far as your apology I'm sure it will have little sincerity so it makes no difference to me whether you make it or not.

I don't waste my time filing claims against people such as yourself. You will self-destruct on your own you don't need my help.

And BTW you are showing your ignorance by thinking if someone files a claim against you that you will get an advance copy.
