Have you tried the mgmresorts website lately?

I just went on their website. Note that NYNY is 4 nights comped for this June and a $250 casino credit. There is no resort fee. If I picked the Signature at the MGM Grand it would be $97 a night, no casino credit plus a $39 a night resort fee.
