I've been waiting for this thread to start since reading the proposal in the recent newsletter.
Just checked my first copy of club magazine, March 2011, (approaching 10 yr membership) and have every copy since.
I'm a club member in the U.K. I really enjoy the read, (usually in the pub with a few beers
1. I collect my chips on a small, limited budget.
2. Chances of me making a convention to meet & share interests are slim at best.
3. I have 3 main sources of chip supplies & info. David down in Marlow, This Forum Board & the Club Magazine.
I feel if the magazine disapears, I lose a chunk of my hobby and lose what is for me the main gain for being
a club member. Digital wouldn't be the same.
Just my two penneth (not cents)
