~~~ bottleholders in my unit along with a supply of disposable masks which I discard in my trash bin before entering my home (I use at least 3 per day). I keep well hydrated and constantly sipping water. I also keep a bottle of hand sanitizer (75% alcohol) in one of my drink holders and thoroughly cleanse my hands upon leaving any store where I touched something. I have "shopping shoes" which are by my door when not being worn.

I stay overoy cautious when out and about and consider anyone crossing my path too closely a danger while strictly being focused of as many of them as possible while anticipating a sneeze or a cough at any time -- since that is all it takes.
