It just makes no sense to me to replace a surface that is maintenance free forever with one you have to repaint every few years. Of course these guys are idiots anyway. A few years ago I figured out that they had to have an income over $250K a year just to support all of their motorized vehicles (cars, trucks, motor home, boat, jet skis, motor scooters, etc) if you follow Dave Ramsey's method. But if I had that income I probably would not be living in a 1800 sq ft ranch house (before the tornado took off the roof). Each to their own I guess.
