What ever idiot said that Hawaii and California are #1 and #2 in worst drivers never drove in TN. Worlds worst drivers here. When I was in high school 50 years ago I took drivers ed. When we moved to TN in the 1990's my daughter could not take it because it had never been offered!! We set up a private course for her and a few of her friends. Most people here got their license as a prize in a box of Cracker Jack.
