In 2000, not 1988. !988 is opening date for Arizona Charlies (Decatur), which does not have a snapper.

Moreover, while I have not been to Arizona Charlies East for quite sometime, I was there opening day. These snappers were only available at the cage and not in-use at the tables. Does anyone have different information? Again, I have not been there for some time, but are they now using the snappers?
