I remember when these tokens were used on the 21 games at the Holiday Hotel in 1976. I bought
a couple for myself and another collector at face but it wasn't too long before they were pulled.
Gold started to go up after a couple of years and they were sold in the gift shop for $400 each.
I remember wishing I had bought more. When I was attending the Univ of Arizona in 1961 a coin
shop downtown was selling $20 gold pieces for $35 each but I couldn't afford to buy any! Oh, for
the good old days.
