He reached down under the table and pulled out a box of 100; opened it, and only one roll was open while the others appeared to be untouched... which he noted not having fiddled with them. That's when we learned that USPC wrapped their Special Order chips like rolls of coins (or at least those); something not mentioned or recorded anywhere within our hobby before me making it known when selling the chips.
