To anyone who can help.

Today I was digging through some of my late mothers stuff and inside a book I found a picture of both of my parents at the Lady Luck Casino in Las Vegas. I don't know the exact date but I suspect it was taken in the 1970s.

Any idea on when the photo might have been taken?
In the picture you can see part of a casino sign what casino was it?
Also what would have been the chips used on the tables at the time of the picture. I want to put together a nice framed photo and combine the chips that they could have possible used when they played there.

Any other interesting details would be great to add to the story of this picture.
