I was just watching "Ad Astra" starring Brad Pitt on HBO for about the seventh time and I spotted a detail I had not noticed before... check out this screen grab... three lunar rovers are leaving the international moon colony, headed to the dark side of the moon for a deep space launch to Mars... look about 1/3 of the way in from the right side of this picture and there he is - Vegas Vic! So in the minds of the producers, there will definitely be gambling on the moon when we eventually establish a colony there.
