You would think the man would try to preserve life by not lessoning the importance of wearing face masks in public and not banning law enforcement agencies from.fining those who do not wear masks... especially now as the Florida tourist season is approaching which will be followed by the Spring Breakers arriving.

Not wearing a face mask in public can be as dangerous as one carrying a concealed weapon illegally and irresponsibly... and potentially causing bodily harm to those nearby.
