I'm not sure I understand the entire question, but if you are looking for the hidden markings, you need a UV light and a tube light is best. The incandescent bulbs or LEDs aren't as good. You can also find battery powered lights that work very well. AKA Black light and now that Halloween has just passed, you might find party lights on sale.

Coin/Stamp/Banknote collectors shops usually sell them and on eBay you can find portable battery powered UV lights, if you want to wait.

Repeating, the ones with the tube, or a fluorescent AC light are the best.
