Does it really matter if it is 90% effective or only 80% effective? Are you really going to NOT get the shot just because you believe that it MAY not work? Is it worth potentially dying over? Now if you say that you are going to wait for the second or third vaccine to come out so you can choose the best one that is a different matter. The question I have never seen answwered is can you take more than one vaccine for the same disease? I think you can since I got two different shingles vaccines when the better version came out. Personally I hope that all 5 vaccines in trials work very well and that they all come out very soon. That means that there will be a lot more doses ready a lot sooner than expected since most are being paid for by Uncle Sam and he has them EACH making 100 million doses in advance of approvals.

Everyone has to do what is best for them but I WILL be first in line for the first vaccine to come out. At almost 70 years old with asthma and a currently benign form of cancer I just can't take any chances.
