Great show and informative. Quick to the point. You might want to take a breath between each sentence and change your pitch a little bit. Add a few secondary items such as menus, ash trays, napkins, coin cups, plates, lighters, ect, ect, ect,.
This would give additional pacing and smoothness from one unit to another.
