So why was the panel to study the alleged fraud in the 2016 election disbanded in 2018 without finding anything of substance? None of the 3 million illegal votes supposedly cast in California that surely do have a poll roll to cross check with although only in the same state so that must be how it was missed.
Risking a fine of up to $10,000 and/or up to 5 years in prison seems a bit "risky" just to vote twice.
I didn't realise it was that easy although if it was I'd expect both sides to do it which maybe helps to explain 2016 and 2020.
