Steve, since this thread is way down the index not too many people are seeing it, so it may be a good idea if you pose the question in a new thread asking why you can't open that URL in English. The historical information on the site is excellent; something you may not want to miss if you're interested in Cuba. I realized not all browsers are the same, but something as simple as choosing English as your primary language should be a normal function. Good luck.
