Thanks for the info. We know they are dangerous, and what to use to hunt them. An AR with the 556 Nato rounds is probably a little light according to the experts. My buddy in Oklahoma is a gunsmith and is pushing me to use a 308 on an AR platform which makes sense, kill shots are behind the ear or through either shoulder. The 308 will knock them down with almost any hit and that is what you want. I hunted them in Louisiana several years ago, but things have changed, they are a very serious problem in at least 36 states and parts of Canada.
