the need for secrecy in a war of that magnitude would be impossible these days in light of hacked computers, intercepted phone calls, monitored e-mails, and insiders who intentionally leak to the press to serve their own interests. I often wonder how children of today view old movies where spies have to smuggle microfilm out of enemy territories!
