There was a show on the Food Network earlier this year called Vegas Prize Fight. First prize was the executive check position at Bugsy and Meyer. Chef Lamar Moore won and I was afraid the Pandemic was going to put a kibosh on the Flamingo opening the restaurant.

Can’t wait to try it when we go back in December..
