I now have conclusive information that the Caribe Hilton chips that were sold on the Poker Chip Forum and are now on eBay are recently made "Fantasy Chips". I categorize them as "Fantasy Chips" because the casino is closed so they cannot be classified as Counterfeits. The chips are very close in appearance, but there are differences. I have a hi-res image of the $5 Fantasy chip as well an image of my real $5 chip. The biggest difference is that the real chips are textured and the Fantasy chips are smooth. There are other differences in the size and placement of the text. But, absolutely, no doubt that they are not real. The real chip is shown first and then the Fantasy chip.
