Though the "...hiding..." part is not uncommon ~~~

~~~ and I'm not going to elaborate, it is strange for these chips not being known to the hobby, considering how much is known locally in Puerto Rico by some folks who have been very active in turning over every stone for the past forty years as collector/dealers along with one person who knows every move as to what goes on in outfitting casinos on the Island. Thus me not doubting Charles. Then, when I read about the $5 and seeing it on the guide, I still thought the balance of the inventory was fake and since the $5 is real I thought the obvious (work around what is already known)... and, I would still like to know more. I see the six chips made it on to the guide as fakes.

One short note about stuff in hiding; there are MOP chips and plaques that recently turned up in Paris that were taken away from the casino back in the 1880's...
