meeting and trading sessions and participate in the following activities.

Safety Protocols
The SNCCC board is observing all safety protocols concerning the safety of all of our Club members. There will be a new layout for dealers who sell
merchandise. They will be located in the back of the room and spaced at least 6 ft. apart. Sellers will be required to place their chips under a clear cover and will hand an item under examination to the buyer. All attendees will be required to wear a face mask.

Face Mask Requirement
In accordance with Nevada regulations and a requirement by the Gold Coast, everyone MUST wear a face mask. Sipping from a beverage container will allow for brief removals, NOT a full-time condition. While the SNCCC Board is very serious about protecting everyone, we will having a special award given to the most creative/striking and functional mask. Please, no politics.

The Club will provide hand sanitizers. If you are feeling ill please be courteous and do not attend. Entry into the Gold Coast will include digital, forehead temperature checks. (Unruly members are subject to an alternative type of check.) LOL

Attendance - An RSVP is Required
We ask that all attendees please email Jerry Vergatos at
vergatos@msn.com to reserve a space in the meeting room. We will be limited to 35 members to adhere to spacing protocols mandated by the casino and the
State of Nevada. If there is an overwhelming amount of reservations we will ask to be placed in a larger room. Without a reservation, you may be turned away. Deadline
for RSVP is September 3rd.

Early Bird Auction
At our meetings, the Early Bird Auction begins at 6:45 pm, followed by our guest Speaker and then the Club Meeting. You can see the list of items and scans in a follow-up message to this precursor message of auction items for this month's meeting. In the event you are not able to make it in person, you are welcome to email Jim Follis at jim@gamingore.com with your highest proxy bid(s). Just include your CCA or SNCCC membership number, and which Lot(s) you want to bid on.

Payment for winning bids is due at the end of
the live auction. However, if you are an absentee winner, you will receive an invoice and payment instructions. You may bring any items for future auctions with you. Any form of Casino Memorabilia is welcome. The Club takes a 20% Seller’s fee unless you opt to donate 100% of proceeds to the Club.

As of press time, the Auction Lots are not yet finalized. They will be released as soon as possible.

Guest Speakers
There will be no formal speaker at this meeting but rather a general business meeting with time for everyone to reacquaint themselves and learn how we will be conducting our meetings going forward.

We offer a wide variety of speakers ranging from Gaming to Entertainment. We have had noted authors, TV personalities, and many local celebrities. Our members and guests have the opportunity to ask questions and get a very interesting insight into many interesting areas. We will continue with our speakers in the very near future.

Raffle 50/50
There will be a 50/50 Raffle for cash and/or prizes which is quite fun! We have some great prizes that have been donated by our Club members, as well as from local
vendors.

If you are not yet a member, or, your membership has lapsed, I invite you to join the SNCCC. An annual membership is only $12.00, payable at the door. You are, of course, welcome as a guest to see what we’re all about and you can bring your friends as well!!!!!!!!!!

Our meetings are short, which gives you lots of time to socialize and gain knowledge about whatever interests you with casino memorabilia.

On behalf of the SNCCC, I sincerely hope you will join us when the time comes and hope to talk to everyone there.

Until then please stay safe and healthy. We will all get through this.
