Well my Popeye chip finally got tired of waltzing across Texas and came home to Fort Worth. He has been grounded for the time being. Only took him 10 days to make his way from Pennsylvania to Irving, to Fort Worth and then to Houston, North Houston and finally back to Fort Worth again to be delivered to the house. Should have been a 4 day trip at the most. Could that be one reason the PO needs to be bailed out with taxpayer dollars?
