Locating old LV clubs can be a challenge but these photos pinpoint the location of the Players Club,
later the Wagon Wheel at 3145 LVBS. Fuller has the Players open from June 1945 until June 1948
and the Wagon Wheel open from July 1948 until March 1949. Apparently, Wilbur Clark took over
and changed it back to the Players for a short time in 1949. The Desert Inn opened on the site in
1950. The Last Frontier Hotel was located accross the street. Apparently, the date (1947) on the
arial photo is wrong.
