Re: ASM/CPC Open Molds Online Timeline

David, thank you for all of that detailed information about which chips molds were publicly available, and how ASM/CPC got them, and what happened to them. Yea, the ASM website is an incomplete source for open molds available to the public.

I also used Waybackmachine.com to search Chiptalk.com. I see there a couple of instances in which Jim Blanchard made available a chip mold to members there, that was not yet on the ASM website. For example, in late 2009 and early 2010, Elephant and Crown was made available to ChipTalk members for a period of several months, and ASM paid a 5 cents a chip licensing fee to Marion and Co.. The mold never showed up on the ASM website.

Your post raises so many questions, but I will ask just one here. If I may ask, why was THUNDERBIRD donated to the Nevada Historical Society? From what I can tell, the mold was relatively new (1990s?) and had only been used at a few places (less than 10 or so), mainly Native American casinos.
