Jerry, probably the reason Bill used the spelling "mould" was the fact that he was Canadian.
BTW, he used to do stand-up comedy there. He worked in some real toilets too. We would
talk for hours at his office and home. He told me some crazy stuff. I really miss ol' Bill.
