Here's the note she wanted me to post on my website blog that deals with chips I collect:
She is a woman, but posted as "Rodney" When I reached out, I found out her name was Patty. That's all I know. I sent her links to the three chips we identified.
When she responds, I can ask more questions:
Here's her initial contact: I got some illegal chips thought to be from the 30's or 40's from Nevada area. These were believed to be Caliente Shamrock Club. I have sold a few on Ebay years ago and collectors jumped all over them. The only problem I had them on auction and they sold cheap. Later I found out from a collector they were worth 100 dollars a piece. He said don't take anything less. And he bought 5 of them for 500 dollars. These were part of an estate that I bought and there is about 4000 chips altogether. Some are new old stock still in the box and some are well used. I was wondering if you or do you know of anyone that would be interested in these chips. Thanks in advance Rodney
