A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO I STARTED ASKING GUEST AUTHORS TO SUBMIT HIS/HER’S HARVEST STORIES. (WHEN I WAS STILL DOING THE POD – PAGE OF THE DAY)
AT THIS WRITING I HAVE 60+ STORIES TO SHARE. I AM HOPING THAT A FEW MORE AUTHORS WILL STEP UP TO THE PLATE, AND THESE VERY PROLIFIC “CHIPPERS” WILL COME UP WITH A FEW MORE. I WILL CONTINUE TO RE RUN THESE STORIES THROUGH THE COMING YEAR.
THESE STORIES ARE ALWAYS INFORMATIVE AND USUALLY HAVE A BIT OF TONGUE AND CHEEK HUMOR.
IT IS ALWAYS FUN TO SHARE WITH OTHERS, DIFFERENT WAYS OF HARVESTING, THE TRIALS AND TRIBULATIONS THAT WE HAVE FACED OUT THERE WHILE WE WERE HARVESTING.

Vee Quiva Casino
Finally won at Blackjack Won 5 or 6 $10 hands in a row. Wasn't pressing my bet, dang it! Big Strip Casino, nice, friendly people. Place was busy at 10pm at night. Commemorative chips for their 25th Anniv. ... Ended up $17.50 down with all of the chips I took. Dang place got my money anyway even having let me win at BJ.
Wild Horse Casino
Nothing really remarkable here just another casino, Maybe it's late and I've now been on the road for 13 hours...Lost a couple of hands. Got the $5 comm chip off the table, Still had to wait at the cashiers "forever" to get the $25 in the air-tite. Only one more to go before bed.
Lone Butte Casino
Good Handicap access, lots of handicap parking. Lost a hand won a couple of hands so didn't get hit too bad on collecting the chips.Got both the Commemorative chips off the table, so didn't have to wait at the cashiers to have them go get ones in air-tites. New would have been nice, but I'm now 14 hours since leaving Las Vegas and too tired to wait at midnight for the new chips. Vapor locked and didn't keep a $1 chip...
My tail is dragging and I hurt all over. Did WAY too much for one day. 300 mile drive and then hit 6 casinos all over town. I get into the motel and unpack the drug case for my 6 nighttime pills and insulin. But something's missing. I LEFT MY BLEEPING PAIN PILLS AT HOME.
