As always in this great country I think people should have a choice and let the market dictate the success or failure of an idea. However if done properly with a fair set of rules and guidelines to who would be assigned this monumental and honorable task I believe it would help values of chips and increase the interest and participation in the hobby as it has done other collectibles.
