the signs are in the local language.
So if a village is located in the Flemish part of Belgium the signs are in Dutch.
If they are located in Brussels they are both in Dutch and French. Wallonie in French.
But all laws in Belgium have to be written in the three languages and sometimes the translation is poor so advocates use these to win law suits.
I'm allready glad that some people now know that we NOT all speak French in Belgium.
Funny enough, a proposal was made to make English the fourth language.
