eBay just updated their user agreement and buried in the details was a chart on the new eBay fees after you move to Managed Payments. eBay is "simplifying" things once in Managed Payments with a total 12.35% take on everything => total selling price plus shipping plus sales tax. Replacing their former 10% eBay take plus PayPal's take.
