ChipdGuide has an ID indicating Nevada Club, 224 N Virginia St., Reno, Nevada 89501 as CG200872. Mine could be of a different shade, maybe. Same on both sides.

I thought this was a sample chip, but I could be wrong. Can anyone confirm Nevada Club, or do we know who made the attribution?
