In this edition of "Who's Got One?", I'm searching for a reasonably low-value chip from Smiley's Lounge (TCR#D2463, value code H). TCR says it's a "good for one cocktail" token, which tells me this listing should be in the back with the non-casino listings. There's no address and no open/close dates listed.

Chip Guide has a listing for the place, with an address, but says license was restricted to slots, so no chips or ephemera shown at all.

So, if you have one of these cocktail chips, send it to chip guide (and consider selling it to me, please). And to the TCR guys, maybe consider moving this one to the back of the book? Or offer an explanation as to why a place with no gambling chips is listed in the gambling section with the other casinos?
