This is what I would do.
1. Pull up item you won on your purchase history page and check on estimated deliver date and if there is any delays due to extra handling time.
2. If estimated delivery date has passed contact seller through ebay under ( more actions tab contact seller ) and ask seller what the status of your order is.
3. If no response go back to your item page and look under more actions tab and open up ( I didn't receive it ) and follow instructions.
