If you don't mind sharing, I'm interested in how others curate their collection.
1) If the same chip has been produced in SCV, LCV & SCV/LCV, do you collect 1 example of this chip, or do you need all 3? If just 1, do you have a particular preference?
2) Do you have a min. condition requirements for a chip to be part of your collection? If you came across a chip that you don't have in your collection, but it was in poor condition, would you keep it and look to upgrade in future, or would you pass and wait for a better example?
My answers:
1. I only collect one example. I keep whichever one that I come across first. I do have a preference though. It's: LCV, SCV/LCV, SCV in that order.
2. I want my collection to be SU condition or better; however, I currently have some poor condition chips in my collection that need to be upgraded. Seems like it's a pain to have a chip in my collection & on my want list at the same time. So I think I need to re-evalutate this process.
How about you??
