Casino gift shop item always a possibility, but sometimes people get hold of chips, tokens, etc. and "improvise" their own creations - drill a hole for a key fob and add a little ball chain, solder or glue something for a money clip, whatever. Eventually the items end up at a second-hand shop or estate sale haul, and then it's on to the Flea Market. Scratch, scratch, scratch.
