The one correct answer is the Luxor. There are several scenes showing Mandalay Bay across the street to the left and one with the Luxor laser light shining right in the middle of the Monticeto in the background. In another series it very clearly (if you rewind the playback) shows the Monticeto directly north of the Flamingo with other known casinos shown to the south. As the story says there are several other possible locations also. Because of this I will award Erik both chips.
