For the dates and amounts, I emailed GPI to ask them hoping that I could get some info and they kindly sent me most of the details I asked for.
I did also ask about chemical composition and other such things so I think they took pity and sent me photos of the order cards as they were reluctant to answer those questions.
They also sent me details about the other "small" plaque pair (June 1974) and the original jetons too.
No luck with the chips and the later jetons but maybe they were ordered from ABP/Huxley or elsewhere but it was mainly the plaques I was interested in.
As to the info about the £35000 brought to the set by the security from the club, it was in an article in a Bond magazine that, again, was kindly sent me to me by the editor.
I watched the Dr No clip a few more times which is how I managed to see the 2 x £1 jetons (only other items also from April 1961) and the possible £1000s hidden under one of the player's other plaques (confirmed by other people now too).
