According to Fuller's Index Plus, it was approved but never active (though it's spelled "Starlight" in Fuller+)
According to Vintage Las Vegas, Starlite Slots was circa 1960-61...and the slide was developed in June 1961
The slide belongs to me, so if someone wants to use it for the Chip Guide, I'm o.k. with that.
Here's how Vintage Las Vegas traced the property as of July 1974:
"Downtown Vegas, July 1974.
At the center of the scene is Mecca Slots, 20 E Fremont St, a tiny place that we don’t need to dwell on, but we will anyway. This had been State Cafe (30s-40s), Buckley’s (50s), Starlite Slots (61), Pioneer Loans (60s-70s). Mecca Slots was open for about a year, then came Golden Goose."
