Thanks Steve!!! Never met him and always wondered about him, but have corresponded with him over the years because he has an interest very similar to mine and I think you as well. I’ve even sent him chips to complete a certain series. Always well responded to with all my concerns and dealings. I truly will miss him for his passion for the hobby and his friendship. Such a loss, but he has left behind a treasure of Gaming History especially with his Agua Caliente site. Unsurpassed by any and a wealth of pictures and documents and chips, absolutely the best!!!
I was into his Cuban interest as well and was always looking and buying to add and learn.
I hope we keep him and his collection alive by doing something other than memory. Maybe an addition to the Museum or a special spot in the Museum of Gaming History site if there isn’t one already.
