~~~ in our hobby where if one person has a quantity (even a whole box of 100) of one chip, it is considered rare and the selling price will never, ever go down; only up. In other words, a safe buy.

I just bought one chip yesterday, knowing there was a quantity... and consider the chip rare. Any other person buying that same chip will also consider it rare.
