I prefer my steak just above rare but not medium rare. The inside of my steak must have a temperature of around 130 F.
But yes, what is rare in chips counts?
I find this table a good reference
so rare R-6 means between 31-75 pieces?
It's fun to see how some chips are advertised on Ebay and other places (Facebook).
And of course the condition a chip is in is also making a big difference.
