Hey Reggie...I’m not sure if it is the same place. I don’t have a date on the info card. My guess is that these cards were made up as “ contact” cards from former clients and the info could of been from many years prior. As CW Rice’s business started declining (too much competition) I think they were contacting all the old clients ( or possibly just places they knew had gambling...potential clients) to see if they needed to order something. Some of these places..probably a lot...where not in business any more.
Sooo...I don’t know where the info came from or how old it is.

James Otis Eason...Otis J Eason ...or some combination of the name. It wasn’t uncommon for gambling figures to use a name other than their owns.(or combination of)
