Did casinos use $2.50 chips in the old days also?
In Response To: A new rare $2.50 chip ()

Thought the current "snappers" for "insurance bet payouts" were rather a recent gaming invention. Or could the ivory chip be for "2 1/2 something other than dollars" - Francs, Marks, some old currency.

A wonderful find, anyway!
