On the membership renewal page it reads.
Discounted multi-year membership packages are now available FOR U.S. RESIDENTS!
To me it then reads that the only other option to overseas members is having an option to drop the magazine,
Ok maybe I should have contacted membership officer but it does state US residents, so I didn't.
